Performance and Application

1. This product is an anionic surfactant, which has the characteristics of rapid penetration, uniformity, good wettability, emulsification and foaming. It is not resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, heavy metal salts and reducing agents.

2. Soluble in water, lower alcohols and other hydrophilic solvents; It can also be dissolved in benzene, carbon tetrachloride, kerosene, petroleum series solvents, etc. The aqueous solution is milky white, and the pH value of 1% aqueous solution is 5.0 ~ 7.0.

3. This product penetrates quickly and evenly. When the temperature is below 40 ℃ and the pH value is between 5-10, the effect is the best. Once treated with penetrant, silk fabrics can not affect their permeability due to changes in temperature, acid and alkali. It is mainly used for fabric penetration, printing and dyeing, pesticide emulsification, tanning, beneficiation, etc.

Method of use

1. Raw cotton dyeing: for example, cotton yarn is heated to 95 ℃ with penetrant t 2G / L solution from room temperature for 20 minutes for dehydration, cold rolling bleaching, cleaning and dechlorination. After cleaning and dehydration, it is treated once with rapid penetrant t in the above method, and then the raw material can be used for dyeing.

2Primary refining and bleaching of raw cotton products: during refining and bleaching, raw cotton products can be treated with ot solution at 20  for 5 minutes, and then other agents can be added, and gradually heat up to 80 ~ 90  within 20 ~ 30 minutes. Continue the treatment for 45 minutes. At this time, if the cotton shell has been removed, it can be dyed. The dosage of penetrant is generally 2 ~ 3 g / L.

3. For the primary refining, bleaching and dyeing of raw cotton products, direct or reactive dyes resistant to oxidants must be selected in this method. For the preparation of dyeing times, only dyes need to be added to the primary refining and bleaching times in method 2, and the process operation methods are the same.

4. Viscose products Cooking: viscose products generally have low temperature strength and are not resistant to strong cooking. Adding ot to the scouring bath can shorten 2 hours, so as to reduce the damage of fiber strength.

5. the use of asbestos products: production of foam asbestos, add water and asbestos into the beating pool and then add OT, then stir and mix into paste paste, then add the mold into the drying room to warm and bake. The amount of OT is 10 to 15% of asbestos. The production of dust-free asbestos line is the same as the production of foam asbestos. After beating, the rod is sprayed into strips and cured by fixing agent Y solution. The asbestos strip with certain tensile strength is processed into a line and cloth after cooling dry water. The amount of OT is 15 to 20% of asbestos.

6. Use in leather industry: soaking treatment of dry board leather. OT and JFC are generally mixed. Soak at 25 ~ 36  or strengthen certain mechanical action for treatment, and the dosage is generally 0.5 ~ 1.0%; When mixed with leather filling and filling resin wetting agent, the surface tension and permeability of the resin emulsion can be reduced, and the general dosage is about 10% of the filling resin.

Precautions

1. The penetration effect of this product is the best below 40 ℃, and it is easy to hydrolyze in case of alkali at high temperature. Therefore, it is advisable to heat up the fabric after ot treatment below 40 ℃. It is used in the production of asbestos products. After beating asbestos into pulp under 40 ℃, it is heated to about 200 ~ 300 ℃ and baking has no effect on the products.

2. It is not resistant to strong alkali and cannot be directly added to the concentrated alkali solution. The alkali solution should be diluted before adding.

3. It belongs to anionic active agent and cannot be used in the same bath with cationic active agent and cationic dye.

4. During green billet bleaching, it is best to remove the slurry first to ensure the penetration effect.

5. If you find too much foam when using, you can add a small amount of defoamer such as octanol and butyl phosphate to deactivate the foam. 

Packaging and storage
