Typical Applications of OT-75
AEROSOL OT-75 is not only an excellent wetting agent, but also suitable for applications such as emulsification, stabilization, and dispersion. AEROSOL OT-75 has special performance in several representative applications:
Printing ink and polish:As a wetting and leveling agent, it is widely used in water-based printing ink and polish formulations. It can quickly and significantly reduce the surface tension of the formula, improve the wetting performance of the substrate, and thereby improve adhesion, gloss, and color fineness. It can improve flow performance and obtain a uniform coating. Its fast wetting performance can also adapt to very fast printing speeds.
Lotion polymerization:It can be used as the main or secondary emulsifier of lotion polymerization, and is used in the production of many types of lotion. It can control the reaction to generate small particles and a very narrow particle size distribution at very low dosage, and has low condensation and high conversion rate during the reaction process—— Wetting dispersant added after lotion polymerization: in various lotion, including pure acrylic, styrene acrylic, acetate acrylic and styrene butadiene lotion, as a post additive, lotion has very excellent effects in reducing surface tension, improving flow and leveling properties, and enhancing the wettability and coating properties of the emulsion on the surface of the substrate.
Coating formula:Provides excellent flow and leveling performance, improves the wetting and adhesion of the coating. Its excellent solubility with organic solvents makes it compatible with various additives and formulations.
Pigment dispersion: Effectively disperses pigments.
Textile and papermaking:It is very effective as a wetting and dispersing agent.
Cleaning: Due to its excellent wetting, dispersing, penetrating, and emulsifying properties, it is highly effective in the cleaning of automotive windows and windshields, metals, precision instruments, electronic components, glass containers, and other fields, and also has excellent performance in liquid dry cleaning.
Agrochemical products:Have wetting, emulsifying, and dispersing properties.
Organic systems:In a wide range of organic hydrocarbon systems, they are highly compatible and effective as wetting, dissolving, and dispersing agents.
It can be used as a wetting agent for various substrates, such as metal, glass, plastic, etc.
