[Performance and Application]
Lauryl ether phosphate is a widely used surfactant with excellent performance. It has excellent cleaning, emulsification, dispersion, solubilization, rust prevention, corrosion inhibition, antistatic, lubricity, cleaning, and softness. It is resistant to alkali, hard water, and high temperature. Its biodegradability, toxicity, and irritation are lower than those of commonly used sulfonate surfactants. Its potassium phosphate is mainly used as an excellent antistatic agent and lubricant in the formulation of chemical fiber oils.
This product has a low content of free phosphoric acid, which reduces the friction between the silk and the equipment and reduces the wear of the equipment. The ratio of monoester to diester is appropriate, so that the product has good antistatic and easy-to-clean effects in the spinning oil, and also has good lubrication effects. It is especially suitable for the preparation of various short fiber oils.
