Performance and use:

1. This product is an anionic surfactant with the characteristics of rapid and uniform penetration, good wettability, emulsification and foaming properties. Not resistant to strong acids, strong alkali, heavy metal salts and reducing agents.

2. Soluble in water, lower alcohol and other hydrophilic solvents; also soluble in benzene, carbon tetrachloride, kerosene, petroleum series solvents, etc. The aqueous solution is milky white, and the pH value of 1% aqueous solution is 5.0 to 7.0.

3. This product penetrates quickly and evenly. It works best when the temperature is below 40°C and the pH value is between 5-10. Once silk fabrics and other fabrics are treated with penetrating agents, their penetrating properties will not be affected by changes in temperature, acid and alkali, etc. Mainly used for fabric penetration, printing and dyeing, pesticide emulsification, tanning, mineral processing, etc.

Instructions:

1. Raw cotton dyeing: For example, cotton yarn is heated from room temperature to 95°C with a 2g/L solution of penetrating agent T, and dehydrated for 20 minutes. After cold, pad and bleach, cleaned and dechlorinated, after cleaning and dehydration, rapid penetrating agent T is used as above. The method can be used for dyeing with reducing raw materials after one treatment.

2. One-time refining and bleaching of raw cotton products: During refining and bleaching, the raw cotton products can be treated with OT solution at 20℃ for 5 minutes, then other agents are added, and the temperature is gradually raised to 80~90℃ within 20~30 minutes. Continue processing for 45 minutes. If the cotton shell has been removed at this time, dyeing can be carried out. The dosage of penetrant is generally 2 to 3 grams/liter.

3. Raw cotton products are refined, bleached and dyed in one step. In this method, direct or reactive dye varieties that are resistant to oxidants must be selected. To prepare the dyeing process, you only need to add dye to the one refining and bleaching process in Method 2. The process operation method is the same.

4. Cooking of viscose products: Viscose products generally have low temperature strength and cannot withstand strong cooking. Adding OT to the scouring bath can shorten 2 hours, thereby reducing the damage to fiber strength.

5. Use of asbestos products: To produce foamed asbestos, add water and asbestos to the beating tank, then add OT, then stir thoroughly to mix into a paste, then add it to the mold and heat and bake in the drying room. The amount of OT is asbestos. 10~15%; the production of dust-free asbestos thread is the same as the production of foamed asbestos. After beating, it is added to the strip mold and sprayed into strips. It is treated with the fixative Y solution and solidified into asbestos strips with a certain tensile strength. After being air-dried, After moisture, it is processed into thread and cloth. The dosage of OT is 15-20% of asbestos.

6. Use in the leather industry: water immersion treatment of dry board leather. Generally, OT and JFC are mixed in equal proportions. Soak or strengthen a certain mechanical action at 25-36℃ for treatment, the dosage is generally 0.5-1.0%; when adding leather filling, mixing with filling resin sizing agent can reduce the surface tension of the resin emulsion and increase the permeability , the general dosage is about 10% of the filling resin.

Precautions:

1. This product has the best penetration effect when it is below 40℃. It is easier to hydrolyze when exposed to alkali at high temperatures. Therefore, it is recommended to treat the fabric with OT first before raising the temperature below 40℃. Used in the production of asbestos products, beating the asbestos into a slurry below 40°C and then heating it to about 200~300°C for baking will not affect the product.

2. It is not resistant to strong alkali and cannot be added directly to concentrated alkali solution. The alkali solution should be diluted before adding.

3. Anionic active agents cannot be used in the same bath as cationic active agents and cationic dyes.

4. When refining and bleaching the green body, it is best to remove the slurry first to ensure the penetration effect.

5. If you find too much foam during use, you can add a small amount of defoaming agents such as octanol and tributyl phosphate to defoam.

Packaging and storage:
