HPEG-2400 is an allyl polyether product with high reactivity and high double bond retention. The polycarboxylate water reducer produced with it as a raw material has the characteristics of high water reducing rate, wide adaptability and high cost performance.

Performance and quality indicators of synthetic water reducing agent:
This product can react with unsaturated acids such as acrylic acid and butyroic anhydride to produce polycarboxylic acid-based water reducing agents with the characteristics of high cost performance, large water reduction rate, good plasticity retention and excellent durability.
·High cost performance. In the case of achieving the same water reduction rate, it has a higher cost performance.
·Low dosage and high water reduction rate. The water-reducing agent mother liquor with a solid content of 20% and a dosage of 1.0% (the amount of cementitious material) can achieve a water-reducing rate of 30-35%.
·Good plasticity retention. The slump loss of concrete is small after 1 hour.
·Excellent durability. It can greatly reduce water consumption and improve the durability of concrete.
·Green. Formaldehyde which is harmful to the environment is not used in the production process of the water reducing agent, and the content of chloride ion and sulfate group is low.
