Lubricant PETO
Lubricant PETO is called PETO for short, and its molecular formula is C(CH2OOCC17H33)4. It is made by reacting pentaerythritol and oleic acid, and then undergoing a special post-treatment process. Industrial products are usually colorless or yellow transparent liquid.

Application fields:
Lubricant PETO has excellent lubricating properties, high viscosity index, good flame resistance, and a biodegradation rate of over 90%. It can be used to deploy environmentally friendly hydraulic oil, chain saw oil and engine oil for water yachts; as an oily agent in widely used in steel plate cold rolling fluid, steel pipe drawing oil, cutting oil, die-casting release agent and other metal processing fluids.
Lubricant PETO has good surface film-forming properties. It can be used in soft and hard PVC sheets, sheet guide profiles, pipes, transparent bottle materials and heat shrinkable films. It can also be used as an intermediate of textile and leather auxiliaries and a textile oil agent.
Recommended use:
Fire-resistant hydraulic oil: 98%
Tin steel rolling: 5-60%
Cutting, grinding (pure oil or water-soluble oil) 5～95%
Drawing and stamping (pure oil or water-soluble oil) 5～95%
Packing:
Net weight 180kg iron drum or 900kg ton drum.
Storage and transportation:
Storage and transportation as non-toxic and non-dangerous goods, stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
