Applications:

2. Monoglycerides are used as internal and external lubricants in PVC pipe fittings, pipes, profiles, and plates, and can replace stearic acid. The amount added to pipe fittings is 2%, and the amount added to pipes, profiles, and plates is 0.5-1%. It acts as an internal lubricant when heating and melting, making the product evenly dispersed inside, and acts as an external lubricant during extrusion molding, making the surface of the product bright.
3. The amount of powdered monoglyceride used in ACR is relatively large, and the amount added is 5-20%.
4. Monoglyceride In the production of agricultural greenhouse film, monoglyceride is the main raw material of the dripping agent, and the addition amount is 40-50%.
5. Monoglyceride can be used as a release agent in rubber products to make the surface of the product bright and easy to release the mold. The addition amount is 1-2%. Some manufacturers add monoglyceride to the release agent, and the addition amount is 20-30%. .
