Usage:
This product is suitable for high-speed spinning of polyester and nylon filaments.

Has certain antistatic, emulsifying, smoothing and washing properties;
It has good heat resistance, no smoke, and is not easy to coke;
Has good fiber cohesion;
Fibers using this product can be applied to a variety of processing methods;
Non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, and does not contain APEO ingredients;
Easily soluble in water and organic solvents.

Emulsion manipulation:
Under stirring conditions, add a good dose of oil to ordinary industrial soft water to dissolve and stir evenly.
Instructions:
Due to different machine conditions, the optimal oil content of the emulsion and control yarn is 1.0-2.0%.
Storage and transportation：
During use, this product should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse or shed. After long-term storage, unless a little precipitation occurs due to spoilage, the oil should be mixed evenly before use, and stored and transported as general chemicals.
Shelf life:
One year under normal circumstances.
