Chemical components
This product is a compound of various non-ionic and anionic surfactants and high-grade mineral oil.
Use
Polypropylene spinning for construction.
Technical indicators
1. Appearance (30°C): colorless transparent or translucent (when cold) fluid liquid.
2. 10% aqueous solution: milky white liquid.
3. PH value (1% aqueous solution): 6.0-8.0
4. Kinematic viscosity (40℃mm2/s): 10-15
5. Flash point: ≥160°C (open cup)
6. Stability (10% aqueous solution): no significant change within 48 hours.
Main performance
1. Crude oil has good stability and suitable viscosity;
2. High oil film strength, anti-splash;
3. Good clustering, rust resistance, smoothness, antistatic and safety;
4. Good washability and spinnability;
5. Non-toxic, odorless and non-corrosive.
Instructions
Oils are applied directly to the fibers during use. The oil agent is a non-aqueous solution of a surfactant, a reverse micellar solution, suitable for oiling with crude oil, and its smoothing mechanism is fluid lubrication.
Store
1. The oil is stored in a cool and dry warehouse, and the shelf life is one year under normal circumstances;
2. There may be a little precipitation after long-term storage, and it should be mixed evenly before use;
3. Transportation is non-dangerous goods.
