This product is mostly natural lubricants, nonionic surfactants, anionic surfactants, antistatic agents, etc.
Use
It is suitable for spinning and oiling process of various specifications of fiber filaments whose spinning speed is below 2000m/min.

1. Polypropylene industrial yarn can meet the technological requirements of one-step spinning and two-step spinning.
2. It has excellent oiling performance, high temperature resistance in drafting, no smoke generation, and good bundling performance.
3. The oil film will not be damaged by high temperature.
4. Not easy to coke, even oiling and other characteristics.

1. Appearance (30°C): Colorless to pale yellow transparent oily liquid
2. 10% aqueous solution: colorless transparent liquid
3. PH value (1% aqueous solution): 6.0-8.0
4. Flash point: ≧240°C (open cup)
5. Stability (10% aqueous solution): No significant change within 48 hours
Instructions
Oil the oil roller or nozzle, the recommended oiling concentration is 10-15%, and the recommended oiling rate is 0.8-1.2%. The emulsion preparation is to slowly add the oil agent into the stirred softened water at 25-30°C according to the concentration of the emulsion preparation and stir thoroughly.
Store
The storage period of the oil is 12 months at room temperature, and the storage temperature is preferably between 10-35°C. The emulsion must be stored with a preservative (bactericide).
