How to use asphalt emulsifier
First, add bitumen into the heating kettle to melt and dehydrate. After removing impurities, keep it at 135-140°C for standby use. Add a certain amount of water to the emulsifier aqueous solution to configure the kettle, heat to 55-60°C, and add emulsification in proportion After mixing uniformly, add hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH of the soap solution to about 2.0, and add the prepared base asphalt and emulsifier aqueous solution to the colloid mill at the same time as required to obtain cationic emulsified asphalt.
Standard application
HT-90T is a slow-cracking and fast-setting cationic asphalt emulsifier, which is widely used in road preventive maintenance and used to prepare emulsified asphalt at micro-surface. It has the advantages of sufficient mixing time and good adhesion with most aggregates, and it has the advantages of faster strength than ordinary slurry seal emulsifiers.
Storage
Usually stored at room temperature, keep well ventilated, prevent sun exposure, shake or agitate before use to make it even.
